CEO, Managing Partner
Managing Partner, Ashlee Aldridge, has over 20 years of experience as a CIO/COO leading business and technology teams for large-scale transformations. In her experience working with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and privately held companies, Ashlee has managed to empower revenue growth, increase financial/regulatory process control, and radically improve the customer experience. Named one of the Top 10 Women in Technology in 2017 (Chain Store Age), Ashlee has a proven track record of creating, managing, and delivering more than 6 multi-year, cross-functional digital transformational strategies and programs. Managing teams of over 300 resources, and capital of over $75M per project, Ashlee has demonstrated her ability to complete each undertaking on budget and on scope. Her implementation experience spans across a large variety of software products (both on premise and SaaS based) including: Oracle, Infor, SAP, IBM, Google, AWOS, Microsoft, Predictive Analytics, JDA, Splunk, and MicroStrategy. Ashlee has previously filled senior leadership roles at DSW, Golfsmith International, Restoration Hardware, West Marine, and Deloitte, where she served multiple global, complex clients, and focused on delivering solutions and value added services. She understands, first hand, the challenges and opportunities a leader faces when choosing, implementing and/or sustaining both technology and transformation initiatives, while driving innovative solutions that drive growth and promote efficiency.
COO and Partner, Robin Evitts, has over 30 years of experience solving costly business problems and managing risk - often innovative “firsts” - with an emphasis on global organizations in consumer product manufacturing, retail, social sector, and K-12 education. Her professional impact working with corporate boards and advising clients in the midst of transformational business challenges and growth is demonstrated by her impressive track record: Robin supported CFOs to successfully enter public debt and equity markets and manage enterprise risk while a partner at Deloitte, she led efforts that restructured the finance and IT teams for improved performance while an executive at The Clorox Company - first reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board as the Chief Audit Executive and then as the Chief Information Officer - and most recently teamed with client executives to oversee strategic initiatives and deliver increased transparency and effectiveness from IT spending as a managing director with Alvarez & Marsal. Robin currently serves on three Boards - Girls Inc. of Alameda County (Oakland) as Board President, Fair Trade USA as Audit Committee chair, and Great Minds In STEM as Audit Committee chair and member of the Governance Committee. When Robin has a moment to herself, she enjoys being outside - hiking, biking, or traveling somewhere new. You might also catch her enjoying her favorite pastime - watching NASCAR races. She aspires to continually grow professionally and, of course, to have fun doing it.
Client Delivery Executive
Grace Rupple serves as Reach Partner’s Client Delivery and Business Development Executive. Grace is a results-focused leader with over 20 years experience as an IT and business executive. Grace has demonstrated success in leading global brands, startups, government and privately held companies through complicated program and portfolio management implementations. She has extensive expertise driving strategic solutions for technology and developing/implementing process alignment solutions on time, on budget and on scope, whilst leveraging internal and external resource teams (20 - 100+) and capital expenses up to $60M. Grace leads her clients’ projects through first roadmapping, and then creating/managing product release strategies, schedules, and executions. Her consulting experience includes over 10+ years between Price Waterhouse and Deloitte Consulting. She previously filled the Senior Vice President role of First Preston HT, has served as the Senior VP of Hometelos, and has filled a number of executive roles for companies like Summa Technology, Nokia, Global Dataguard, and Blockbuster. When Grace isn’t in her blazer for work, she’s probably still wearing one… an equestrian blazer! That’s right - Grace is a supremely successful equestrian, riding regularly. Her dedication to her work is paralleled in her commitment to her sport - with Grace, whether you’re in the office or the horse arena, you can expect an attentive, tenacious, and reliable partner.
Client Delivery Executive
Jennifer MacIvor, Client Delivery Executive, has over 20 years of progressive experience in senior-level roles, building and driving performance improvement and cost reduction across multi-national, cross-functional, and outsourced technology teams. Jenn has broad leadership experience, having managed several large scale, multi-year supply chain and ERP transformations, as well as Consumer/ Customer engagement, digital and analytics ecosystem transformations for multi-billion dollar companies to scale-up sized organizations with budget responsibilities up to 65M. Jennifer’s demonstrable experience in Digital and Technology strategy as well as roadmap delivery through extensive project management initiatives are proven to reduce costs, improve productivity, increase collaboration, and align technology with marketing and business strategies. Jennifer served as the Senior Vice President of Ecommerce, Distribution Center, Customer Service and Enterprise Technology at Beauty Brands, where she was responsible for improving consumer engagement through artificial intelligence solutions, and aligning and managing portfolio delivery and service management. In her few years with Alex and Ani, Jennifer served as the CIO where her responsibilities included and managing the budget, aligning corporate strategy and industry benchmarks, transforming their UX ,and integrating and upgrading ecommerce. Jenn’s other notable experience, as the CIO of Leslie Rudd Investment Companies, and the SVP of DFS Group Ltd position her to ensure a successful transformative experience for her current and prospective clients.
Client Delivery Leader
Francie Mitchell, our dynamite Client Delivery Leader, has over 30 years of consulting and industry experience. She specializes in business transformation, performance improvement within the R&D and Product Lifecycle Management functions. Her experience is concentrated in program management, new product development through commercialization, product data management and product cost savings. The majority of her career was spent with the Clorox Company, where she held leadership positions in both R&D and IT. In R&D, she was responsible for product leadership and technical strategy to drive top and bottom line growth. She designed the New Products program bringing technology and innovation to identify and deliver against unmet consumer needs. Francie earned a master’s degree in Chemistry at UCSB and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from UCLA. She completed an Executive Business Program at Kellogg Business School and is a Six Sigma green belt. When she’s not leading business transformation programs here at Reach, you can find Francie spending her free time with her husband and their two grown children. Outside of this cherished family time, Francie enjoys skiing, hiking, or doing anything active outdoors. Francie also loves to travel, whether for work or pleasure, and she’s constantly seeking to satisfy her travel bug.
Sr. Transformation Associate
As Sr. Transformation Associate at Reach, Alexandria Sims is responsible for leading teams through change by working alongside key stakeholders in communication, resistance management, coaching, training, and sponsorship. Alex has a background in Psychology and is a Prosci Certified Change Manager among other distinctions in the field. Prior to this role, Alex utilized her Psychology training in a number of industries, including behavioral health and performance management. She currently works with both business and IT teams to take action towards increasing their speed of adoption and ultimate utilization of enacted Change Management, and effectively manages the “people side” of her projects. When she’s not at her desk or on a plane, Alex is probably at the gym, or on the couch enjoying Netflix and cuddling with her puppy. Alex’s can-do attitude motivates those around her to work harder and do better. She believes if people work together, anything is possible.
As a Transformation Associate at Reach Partners, Chris Bronson is accountable for partnering with key stakeholders to coordinate productive team efforts through the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and team engagements. Chris is extremely intentional when it comes to maximizing efficiency, building meaningful relationships, and driving teams to success. Chris has previously worked with large teams to carefully coordinate the complexities of team dynamics, project goals, and strategic planning. When he’s not on the road, Chris is probably researching the latest leadership techniques, watching the Dallas Cowboys, or gardening. Chris prides himself on being a servant leader who values people over process and strives for continuous personal growth. Using his top strengths of understanding and learning, Chris applies himself towards thoroughly addressing the needs of the client. He is passionate about leveraging his strong leadership skills to help transform people and processes for results.
Client Delivery & Business Development
Ruben is an accomplished leader with over 20+ years in the consumer service and retail industry focused on delivering transformation and reimagined solutions through digital technologies and experiences. Ruben has demonstrated success while partnering with his clients to differentiate in the market and to outpace disruption in their industry. He believes every initiative and solution should begin with the end state in mind, and should focus on providing an exceptional customer and user experience while delivering intrinsic value for the business. Ruben’s experience includes executive consulting, solution architecture, project delivery and implementation, software development, business process and operations, user experience and design. Ruben’s experience includes 7 years as the VP of Retail Strategy and Solution Architecture at BTM Global delivering successful client projects and key initiatives He has served 15+ years in various strategic and leadership roles as a client partner, business development and executive consultant with leading technology companies such as Oracle, Infor and Retek. To balance out his experience, Ruben served as a leader at the leading retailer The Men’s Wearhouse for 10 years, as a director in store systems and software development, project management and consultant, as well as sales and operations management. Ruben is an avid sports fan and is well-versed in most of the major sports and teams and if was not in his current career, he would definitely be involved in a career in sports (even if on the sidelines) Ruben likes to spend his spare time with his family, traveling, researching family history, exploring historic places and attending local sporting events with his family.

As Client Success Champion, Crystal Tidmore uses her visionary and innovative leadership style to foster successful client relationships for Reach Partners. Crystal brings with her more than 20 years of experience consulting with executives in Fortune 500 companies and start-ups in the retail, tech, energy, and higher-ed sectors. Our clients are able to connect with Crystal’s positive, collaborative approach to building the teams necessary to affect change for the long term. She is an effective communicator who can simplify complex strategy into actionable plans that deliver results. She walks side by side clients as they seek to transform their businesses, culture, and team. As a certified Community Wellness Advocate (CWA), Crystal outfits organizations with tools and training for the journey toward wellness and wholeness. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Aloe Foundation, a unique nonprofit that provides healing, holistic care to individuals affected by illness or trauma. She also serves on the Diversity and Inclusion board at The University of Texas at Austin, training and empowering staff to bring their authentic selves to the workplace. Besides doing the work that she loves, Crystal enjoys traveling and finding adventure both near and far with her husband and their four children. She especially loves wake surfing, water skiing, snow skiing, hiking, SUPing, teaching, learning, and writing about it all.
Film Editor & Videographer
Jeff Adam is our Video Editor extraordinaire. He’s in charge of creating and editing any and all Reach video content - a huge component of our brand. Jeff comes to us with a notable professional history having worked with many reputable companies including William Morris Endeavor and Sony Pictures entertainment. Jeff has worked with some extremely prominent former clients, like LL Cool J, Serena Williams, Elijah Wood, and Kevin Bacon. Jeff is quick, he’s hilarious, he’s married to his high school sweetheart, and is the proud father of two mischievous little boys (not unlike himself). When he’s off the clock, you can find him rooting for his beloved San Jose Sharks, or playing fetch with his two huskies.
Tisha, our resident people person, has worked in the human resources field for over 16 years with a special focus in the consulting, high-tech and bio-tech industries. Tisha has a diverse background with a wide range of HR proficiencies from hands-on operations HR support to being the Director of HR for over 150 client and management teams. She understands the complexity of federal, multi-state, and local labor laws. Tisha prides herself in partnering with clients to develop and implement simplified but yet transformative human resources practices and policies to help foster greater commitment.
As our People Ambassador, she brings tenured experience in a variety of industries. Her breadth of experience covers all aspects of the HR life-cycle including; onboarding, benefits, talent acquisition, organizational policy creation and implementation, compliance, payroll, employee handbooks, employee relations, and HRIS system management.
Tisha holds an MBA, with a concentration in Human Resources, from Golden Gate University.
Pam, our Office Manager, comes to us with over 15 years of diverse expertise in business operations, project management, senior administration, and client relations in the Management Consulting Industry. She possesses a true passion for her work, which benefits customers of Fortune 500 Organizations and stakeholders up through a C-Suite level. Colleagues and clients have quoted Pam as a valuable asset to their teams, consistently delivering on her promises with a positive, go-getter attitude. She is a driven business professional who positively impacts Reach’s business performance by increasing our clients’ satisfaction. In previous roles, Pam has been known for her timely and efficient project delivery, resulting consistently in high-level customer satisfaction, project profitability and expansion of new business, for complex, large scale, ongoing corporate client-based Career Development Consulting programs (virtual and in-person) on a Global scale for multiple clients. She has been recognized by internal and external Senior Leadership as being the “hidden gem” and the “trusted advisor” that results in flawless program deliveries - an accolade she is most proud of. She is excited to bring her expertise and past experience to Team Reach and join the movement of the growing organization. Outside of the office, Pam has a passion for giving back to the community with volunteering her time to nonprofits dedicated to women, children and animals. She is also enjoys the outdoors, spending time getting lost in her local metro parks and dedicating her time to family, friends and her Cat Bella. Pam holds an MBA, with a concentration in Management, from the Keller Graduate School of Management, Devry University.
Zuleyka Cox, Small Business Accountant here at Reach Partners LLC, manages all aspects of accounting, including: billing, cost accounting, accounts payable, and financial analyses. Zuleyka’s experience is diverse - she spent some time working for a prestigious government contractor, DynCorp Intl, and the Washington State Department of Revenue. Zuleyka has experience as a business owner, having started a business in Germany from the ground up, where she managed all business operations and financial processes. Zuleyka’s time is currently spent assessing the financial health of our organization and giving management the information they need to make executive decisions. When she’s not crunching numbers or writing checks, Zuleyka is likely to be spending time with her family - often arranging arts and crafts projects for her children, or packing her suitcase to set off for her next trip somewhere far, far away.
