CEO, Managing Partner
Managing Partner, Ashlee Aldridge, has over 20 years of experience as a CIO/COO leading business and technology teams for large-scale transformations. In her experience working with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and privately held companies, Ashlee has managed to empower revenue growth, increase financial/regulatory process control, and radically improve the customer experience. Named one of the Top 10 Women in Technology in 2017 (Chain Store Age), Ashlee has a proven track record of creating, managing, and delivering more than 6 multi-year, cross-functional digital transformational strategies and programs. Managing teams of over 300 resources, and capital of over $75M per project, Ashlee has demonstrated her ability to complete each undertaking on budget and on scope. Her implementation experience spans across a large variety of software products (both on premise and SaaS based) including: Oracle, Infor, SAP, IBM, Google, AWOS, Microsoft, Predictive Analytics, JDA, Splunk, and MicroStrategy. Ashlee has previously filled senior leadership roles at DSW, Golfsmith International, Restoration Hardware, West Marine, and Deloitte, where she served multiple global, complex clients, and focused on delivering solutions and value added services. She understands, first hand, the challenges and opportunities a leader faces when choosing, implementing and/or sustaining both technology and transformation initiatives, while driving innovative solutions that drive growth and promote efficiency.
COO and Partner, Robin Evitts, has over 30 years of experience solving costly business problems and managing risk - often innovative “firsts” - with an emphasis on global organizations in consumer product manufacturing, retail, social sector, and K-12 education. Her professional impact working with corporate boards and advising clients in the midst of transformational business challenges and growth is demonstrated by her impressive track record: Robin supported CFOs to successfully enter public debt and equity markets and manage enterprise risk while a partner at Deloitte, she led efforts that restructured the finance and IT teams for improved performance while an executive at The Clorox Company - first reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board as the Chief Audit Executive and then as the Chief Information Officer - and most recently teamed with client executives to oversee strategic initiatives and deliver increased transparency and effectiveness from IT spending as a managing director with Alvarez & Marsal. Robin currently serves on three Boards - Girls Inc. of Alameda County (Oakland) as Board President, Fair Trade USA as Audit Committee chair, and Great Minds In STEM as Audit Committee chair and member of the Governance Committee. When Robin has a moment to herself, she enjoys being outside - hiking, biking, or traveling somewhere new. You might also catch her enjoying her favorite pastime - watching NASCAR races. She aspires to continually grow professionally and, of course, to have fun doing it.
Client Delivery Executive
Jennifer MacIvor, Client Delivery Executive, has over 20 years of progressive experience in senior-level roles, building and driving performance improvement and cost reduction across multi-national, cross-functional, and outsourced technology teams. Jenn has broad leadership experience, having managed several large scale, multi-year supply chain and ERP transformations, as well as Consumer/ Customer engagement, digital and analytics ecosystem transformations for multi-billion dollar companies to scale-up sized organizations with budget responsibilities up to 65M. Jennifer’s demonstrable experience in Digital and Technology strategy as well as roadmap delivery through extensive project management initiatives are proven to reduce costs, improve productivity, increase collaboration, and align technology with marketing and business strategies. Jennifer served as the Senior Vice President of Ecommerce, Distribution Center, Customer Service and Enterprise Technology at Beauty Brands, where she was responsible for improving consumer engagement through artificial intelligence solutions, and aligning and managing portfolio delivery and service management. In her few years with Alex and Ani, Jennifer served as the CIO where her responsibilities included and managing the budget, aligning corporate strategy and industry benchmarks, transforming their UX ,and integrating and upgrading ecommerce. Jenn’s other notable experience, as the CIO of Leslie Rudd Investment Companies, and the SVP of DFS Group Ltd position her to ensure a successful transformative experience for her current and prospective clients.
Vice President, People and Brand
As Vice President of Marketing, Crystal Tidmore uses her visionary and innovative leadership style to foster successful client relationships for Reach Partners. Crystal brings with her more than 20 years of experience consulting with executives in Fortune 500 companies and start-ups in the retail, tech, energy, and higher-ed sectors. Our clients are able to connect with Crystal’s positive, collaborative approach to building the teams necessary to affect change for the long term. She is an effective communicator who can simplify complex strategy into actionable plans that deliver results. She walks side by side clients as they seek to transform their businesses, culture, and team. As a certified Community Wellness Advocate (CWA), Crystal outfits organizations with tools and training for the journey toward wellness and wholeness. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Aloe Foundation, a unique nonprofit that provides healing, holistic care to individuals affected by illness or trauma. She also serves on the Diversity and Inclusion board at The University of Texas at Austin, training and empowering staff to bring their authentic selves to the workplace. Besides doing the work that she loves, Crystal enjoys traveling and finding adventure both near and far with her husband and their four children. She especially loves wake surfing, water skiing, snow skiing, hiking, SUPing, teaching, learning, and writing about it all.
Brand and Service Support Manager
Jeff Adam is our Video Editor extraordinaire. He’s in charge of creating and editing any and all Reach video content - a huge component of our brand. Jeff comes to us with a notable professional history having worked with many reputable companies including William Morris Endeavor and Sony Pictures entertainment. Jeff has worked with some extremely prominent former clients, like LL Cool J, Serena Williams, Elijah Wood, and Kevin Bacon. Jeff is quick, he’s hilarious, he’s married to his high school sweetheart, and is the proud father of two mischievous little boys (not unlike himself). When he’s off the clock, you can find him rooting for his beloved San Jose Sharks, or playing fetch with his two huskies.
